A St. Cloud man was arrested Tuesday, March 2 on multiple charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct following an investigation involving a child maltreatment case. Police arrested 22-year-old James Marek of St. Cloud at 3:00 p.m. Two four-year-old victims are allegedly involved in the offenses that police say occurred in the 300 block of 19 ½ Avenue North between June of 2009 and January of 2010. Marek will be held at the Stearns County Jail pending his first court appearance.
