Saint Cloud Police arrived at the Saint Cloud Hospital for an assault complaint Friday night. Police say the victim, a 19-year-old man, was at a party where he was allegedly assaulted by another person who lived at the house. Police say this occurred on the 500 block of 9th Avenue at about 10:45 pm Friday. The tenant of the house, 22-year-old Brandon Jack Lynch of Saint Cloud was arrested for striking the victim with a blunt object. The victim sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries.
