The St. Cloud Police Department and Minnesota Department of Corrections is holding a meeting to alert the community about a sex offender that recently moved to St. Cloud. 48-year-old Daniel Breeding is a level three sex offender who has a history of sexual contact with female victims ranging from age 4 to adults. He moved into a residence on the 1400 block of 7th Avenue North. Those who can’t make it can watch the meeting on channel 19. The community notification meeting is scheduled for 6:00 pm, Wednesday, March 3rd in the city council chambers at St. Cloud City Hall.
