Saint Cloud Police responded the 1600 block of 3rd Street North for a complaint that man was threatening someone.  Officers say at about 6 p.m. on Wednesday, 28 year old Waylon Douglas Vaughn of Annandale threatened to take a gun and shoot a 29 year old Saint Cloud resident. As he said that, he allegedly reached into his jacket and acted like he was pulling out a gun. Vaughn was taken to the Stearns County Jail where he is held for court.
