Stearns County has a brand new web site that’s easier to navigate and easier on the eyes. The new site comes after a series of focus groups were held with employees and citizens. In these meetings, the county learned that content was difficult to find on the former web site.

Visitors will find navigation organized into seven categories, grouped by subject matter, and no longer by department. The new web site features a community page, with social and interactive applications encouraging citizens to get involved with their county government. The section allows users to share and interact through social networking tools such as blogs, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
