Slippery road conditions caused an accident Sunday at the intersection Roosevelt Road and 22nd Street. Police say it happened at around 5:00 pm when a car driven by 41-year-old Susan Segerstrom of Saint Cloud slid through the intersection and collided with another car, which was driven by 59-year-old Thomas Knowles of Minnetonka. Knowles’ wife, 54-year-old Brenda Knowles of Minnetonka was sitting in the passenger seat and sustained non life-threatening injuries. She was taken to the Saint Cloud Hospital by Gold Cross ambulance. There were no other injuries in this crash.
