A Clear Lake woman was arrested and is facing fraud charges in Stearns County.  34 year old Ruby Lynn Kennedy was arrested Tuesday after allegations from the owner of The Boot Shack that approximately $200,000 is unaccounted for since 2000.  Kennedy was The Boot Shack’s bookkeeper.

Kennedy was released from the Stearns County jail pending review by the Stearns County attorney’s office and a long form complaint being filed against her.  She was originally arrested on charges of probable cause theft of over $35,000 and offering a forged check.
