St. Cloud Police have arrested a man in connection to an domestic assault that took place Tuesday. 40-year-old Reginald Clark of St. Cloud is behind bars for allegedly assaulting an 18-year-old in the 1600 block of 7th Avenue South. Police caught up with Clark early Wednesday, and charged him with felony domestic assault. He is being held at Stearns County Jail for court. Clark is being charged with a felony due to prior domestic assault convictions.
