An 18 year old St. Cloud man was arrested Wednesday after a child reported being sexually assaulted at an in-home day care. St. Cloud police received a report that a 5 year old girl was sexually assaulted over 18 months.  The day care is located at 424 14th Avenue North.

Jeremy Donald Schwartz was arrested in the case. Schwartz is the day care provider’s son. He was taken to Stearns County Jail where he is awaiting possible charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

The day care’s license has been suspended by Stearns County Human Services Department because of the incident.  It’s unknown whether there are other victims.  Families of the other children at the day care have been notified by police about the sexual assault.
