Early Monday morning at about 5:40 officers responded to a report of a suspicious person. 22-year-old Anthony Storstad of Swanville Minnesota was found loitering in the area of the 1800 block of Quarry Road South in Saint Cloud. Storstad had two active warrants out of both Morrison and Stearns County and police found that he was carrying a small bag of Methamphetamine. Storstad is being held for court on charges of 5th degree controlled substance and two warrants.
