More summer construction in St. Cloud will shrink one road down to one lane.

Starting Monday, the northbound lane on 10^th Avenue North from 1^st Street South to 1^st Street North will be down to one lane as the city does utility work in the area.

The closure is expected to last until Friday, July 12^th.
