WAITE PARK, Minn. — The Waite Park Police Department is investigating an alleged ICE involved shooting in Waite Park.

According to a Jan. 10 media release, at around 9:30 a.m. the Waite Park Police Department was sent information from multiple sources regarding social media posts that allege a shooting involving Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents.

The Waite Park Police department was able to identify and locate the victim/complainant.

The case is ongoing. According to the Waite Park Police Deparment, there are no witnesses or evidence that a shooting occurred but they have not released any more information at this time.
