Drivers in downtown St. Cloud may experience delays starting Thursday night at 8 p.m.

According to the St. Cloud Engineer’s Office, 10th Avenue North at First Street North will be reduced to one lane of traffic in both directions beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday. The office says the closure is due to cleaning in the area.
