The vulnerable adult St. Cloud Police were looking for this morning has been found.  The man was found at Crossroads Mall.

23-year-old Joseph Charles Karnik of St. Cloud was last seen at 7 a.m. Monday morning at Century Bank in St. Cloud. Karnik is described as a white man, 5’11 and weighing 155 pounds.  Karnik has been assaultive towards police in the past, but currently he is not a danger to the public.

Karnik lives at a group home and is considered a vulnerable adult due to mental instability.
