Early Monday morning St. Cloud Police were called to a verbal dispute between a man and woman at the 300 block of 7th Avenue South.

According to the police report, 21-year-old Brandon Edward Reed of St. Cloud had fled the scene after being told by police to stop. After a short pursuit on foot Reed was arrested for noise violation, disorderly conduct and fleeing on foot. While attempting to put Reed into the squad car, Reed head butted a police officer.

Reed received the additional charge of 4th degree assault against a police officer and obstructing the legal process. Reed was taken to the Stearns County Jail and no injuries were sustained during this incident.
