Around 6 p.m. on Wednesday night St. Cloud Police were called to the 3800 block of County Road 75 for a bulldozer theft in progress. The officers met with a 50-year-old Clearwater resident whose Ziegler bulldozer was currently being driven on a construction site in the area.

Officers located the bulldozer about a half mile away from the construction site undamaged. Officers found 18-year-old Charles Luke Lenzmeier from St. Cloud who had used the bulldozer three days in a row for about 10 hours each day without permission.

Lenzmeier was arrested and transported to the Stearns County Jail for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft of services and motor vehicle tampering.
