The Rox fell short of a win Tuesday night against the Waterloo Bucks after giving up three runs in the third. The Rox are now 2-5 on the season after the 3-2 loss.

Starting pitcher Alex Roberts pitched three and two-thirds innings and gave up three runs on three hits. Boo Vazquez, Ben Morgan, and Will Huff all had two hits for St. Cloud and Jamie Simpson blasted a solo home run in the second inning off of Bucks starter Brock Hudgens.

The Rox are back home at Faber Field Wednesday to take on the Alexandria Beetles. First pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
