The St. Cloud Police were called to the 1400 block of 5th Avenue South on Sunday afternoon for a burglary and assault in progress.

Police learned that 34-year-old Terrence Davone Olive from St. Cloud and two juvenile men from St. Cloud had forced their way into an apartment an assaulted the victim, a 26-year-old man from St. Cloud. The victim received minor injuries and was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment.

Olive was located and arrested for 1st degree burglary and 5th degree assault and is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail. Charges are pending against the juveniles.
