St. Cloud Police were called to the intersection of Highway 23 East and Lincoln Avenue at about 11:30 Sunday night for a car/pedestrian accident.

According to police report an un-identified male pedestrian was conscious when the police arrived and he was not cooperative with the police. He had to be secured and transported to the St. Cloud emergency room for his injuries. One of the officers was bit in the hand by the pedestrian and was also treated by hospital staff.

Further investigation lead to the police not filing charges to 31-year-old driver Gregory Allen Hayenga, of St. Cloud.
