The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a vehicle crash that happened in St. Joseph on Saturday, May 19. Shortly before 1 p.m. a car driven by 33 year old Terry Scott Spinks, of Big Lake, crossed onto the median of County Road 75 and hit several sign posts.

One of the sign posts entered oncoming traffic and was run over by a SUV driven by 48 year old Deborah Jean Maguire, of Grey Eagle. Both vehicles were too damaged to drive from the scene, and Spinks was treated for his injuries on the scene by St. Joseph Rescue, and then transported to the St. Cloud Hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance.
