St. Cloud drivers in the 10th Avenue North area neighborhood will experience delays. The City Engineer’s office says four roads will be closing Monday, May 14th in the area to reconstruct public utilities and streets.

The roads that are closing are 10th Avenue North from 9th to 12th Street North, 11th Avenue North from 9th to 12th Street North, 9th Street North from 9th to 11th Avenue North, 10th Street North from 9th to 11th Avenue North.
