District 1 Stearns County Commissioner DeWayne Mareck has announced that he will run for re-election for the Stearns County Commissioner for District 1. Given the opportunity he says he will continue to be a strong voice on the Stearns County Board by balancing decisions with available resources.

The guiding principles behind making those decisions are Stearns County Core Values which include maintaining public safety and infrastructure as well as protecting vulnerable persons and the environment.
