Authorities discovered marijuana grow house while responding to a fire this week.  On Monday the St. Joseph Fire Department responded to a laundry fire at 709 College Avenue South in St. Joseph, and while checking the neighboring apartments for signs of fire, they discovered the marijuana growing.

The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force obtained a search warrant and found 166 marijuana plants along with other controlled substances. The Task Force says the investigation is on-going at this time.
