Know a book that’s good enough to eat? Then join the LRS on Thursday, April 12th for its second annual Edible Book Festival. The festival is a competition of entries that look like a book or are inspired by a book title, character or scene and are made up of edible materials. Last year entries included titles like Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Oliver Twist, and Jaws.

Admission and participation is free and registration to enter the competition must be submitted by Tuesday, April 10th. Public display of entries and voting for fan favorites will take place from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Miller Center Lobby. Donations of non-perishable foods items for the Salvation Army Food Shelf are welcome.
