A St. Cloud man is facing charges after police find marijuana in his vehicle. Police stopped the vehicle in the 100 block of 6th Avenue North for expired tabs around 1:45 a.m. During the stop, police say the vehicle smelled like alcohol and marijuana.

Officers searched the vehicle and found drug paraphernalia, a small amount of marijuana and a Schedule II controlled substance. 25-year-old Cory John Schmitz of St. Cloud was arrested and is facing charges of fifth degree possession of a controlled substance along with possession of a small amount of marijuana.
