On Friday night starting at 9 p.m. St. Cloud Police conducted a concentrated enforcement effort in the SCSU campus area. As a result, two loud parties were shutdown. The first party in violation happened at the 1000 block of 7th Avenue South with 28-year-old Martin Paul Mollenhauer being arrested for loud party.

The second party in violation happened at the 400 block of 5th Avenue South which involved about 75 people. The two renter’s 20-year-old Cole Zachary Johnson and 19-year-old Dillion Joseph Denz were arrested for loud party, minor consumption and social host violation
