A St. Cloud man is in jail after allegedly attempting a burglary. Police were called to the 800 block of Driftwood Drive in St. Cloud around 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

A police investigation found that at around 3 a.m. on Sunday, 37-year-old Curtis Lamont Cross had allegedly entered a neighbor’s apartment through a door and was confronted by the people who lived there. The people followed Cross back to his apartment.

Cross was arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail, where he was held for court on attempted 1st degree burglary.
