Early Sunday morning, the St. Stephen Fire and Rescue, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office and Gold Cross Ambulance were dispatched to a house fire at County Road 10 in Albany Township around 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

The owner of the house 63-year-old Michael Albert Roering woke up and found smoke coming from the first floor of the house. The owner was able to get out of the house without being injured. The fire was contained to the first level of the house. No one was injured in the fire and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
