St. Cloud Police responded to an assault call on Sunday March 18th at 1:45 a.m. At the 700 block of 7th Avenue South the alleged victim, a 21-year-old man from St. Cloud confronted an unknown male in the alley after observing him tip over a dumpster.

The unknown male, who was described as a white male in his teens wearing a black tank top and blue jeans had allegedly pulled a knife and held it up to the victim’s neck before fleeing the area on foot.
