Archived: CentaCare Becomes First Member of Mayo Cancer Network

The Mayo Clinic has just announced that CentraCare’s Coborn Cancer Center will be the first member of the Mayo Clinic Cancer Care Network.

The agreement makes the Cobron Cancer Center the first cancer specific member of the Mayo Clinic Cancer Care network and formalizes a long-standing relationship between the two organizations. Membership to the Mayo Clinic Cancer Care Network is based on a set of patient care and quality data.

Being a part of the network gives the Coborn Cancer Center access to Mayo services and tools. Nearly 20,000 new cancer patients will visit the mayo clinic every year as it is one of the largest cancer treatment facilities in the nation.
