St. Cloud Police were called to the 100 block of 4th Avenue South for a report of a sexual assault early Sunday. A police investigation found security personnel at a business saw a man and a woman having sex outside through a security camera.

The security personnel broke up the encounter because it didn’t appear to be consensual as the woman tried several times to push the man off and pull up her pants. 24-year-old Timothy Lewis Streling said the encounter was consensual.

The video surveillance footage showed the victim attempted on four occasions to push Streling off her and pull up her pants. Streling is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail on one count of alleged 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.
