St. Cloud police responded to a vandalism complaint at the Oak Garden Apartment complex Maine Prairie Road on the cities south side. Seven buildings in the complex had their outgoing mailboxes tampered with and possibly entered between Saturday evening and Sunday morning. The staff at the complex will try to inform all of the residents to monitor their financial records to be sure their personal information has not been compromised. It is currently unknown how much outgoing mail was stolen.
