A person was assaulted just after 3:00 a.m. Wednesday morning in the 1800 block of 8th Street North in an alley. St. Cloud Police report that the victim was attacked from behind by a person with a knife while walking. The suspect was described as being of average height and weight, dressed in all black and a black ski mask. The victim received minor injuries and did not require medical treatment.
