The Benton County Sheriff’s Office is trying to find the suspect who allegedly tried to abduct an 8-year-old girl in a mobile home park. It happened at around 1:30 pm Tuesday at the Rockwood Estates Mobile Home Park in Rice. The sheriff’s office says a man on a bike approached the girl while she was walking on the road near Pine’s Edge Grocery Store. When the suspect tried to grab the girl, she was able to get away without getting seriously hurt. The sheriff’s office describes the suspect as a white man between 20 and 40 years old with shaved dark hair and a tattoo on his arm.
