A Bloomington man is dead after crashing his pickup truck on interstate 94 in St. Cloud Monday afternoon. It happened in the eastbound lanes near the Highway 15 exit. The state patrol says the driver; 62-year-old John Kalas lost control, spun out and collided with the Highway 15 bridge wall. That’s when, officials say, a Montana woman driving a semi crashed into Kalas, who was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead the following day. The driver of the semi was not hurt, according to the state patrol.
