Archived: Brief Shutdown of I-94 Ramp, Stolen Vehicle Recovered
It required a brief closing of the westbound ramp onto Interstate 94 at County Road 75 late Monday night, but St. Cloud police were able to arrested two people who were in a stolen vehicle.
The police discovered the stolen vehicle around 11 p.m. traveling southbound on County Road 75, or Roosevelt Road, starting at 22nd Avenue South. The silver Pontiac Grand Prix was reported stolen from New Brighton. Officers were able to stop the car on the westbound ramp onto I-94.
Arrested were the driver, 40-year-old Stacy Deann Hargrove of St. Cloud and her passenger, 37-year-old Daniel Edward Rossberg from Monticello. Hargrove was cited for driving after license revocation and released. Rossberg is in the Stearns County Jail for receiving stolen property.
