St. Cloud police officers responded to a burglary call on the 800 block of 7th Avenue South in St. Cloud early Friday night.

According to the police report, a 21-year-old St. Cloud resident woke up in to the sound of breaking glass. When he looked out his window, he saw a black man leaving a window from the apartment below him and began he bgan running by foot. The suspect was located and a stolen laptop was recovered after a foot pursuit.
