11 were arrested as a result of a C.R.A.S.H Task Force operation on January 30th. The High-Visibility DWI saturation took place on Highway 23 from the Mississippi River in St. Cloud to the city of Cold Spring. In total, 127 cars were stopped and 42 citations were issued. Five were ticketed for seat belt violations, five for speeding, and eight for equipment violations. Of the 11 arrested, all were taken into custody on DWI charges.
