A man is in custody after crashing his car into a St. Cloud home Sunday night. St. Cloud Police were called to the 2400 block of 3rd Street North for a report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries around 8:30 p.m. A police investigation found that 21-year-old Kaleb Stewart Billig of St. Cloud crashed his vehicle into a house and then attempted to flee the scene on foot.

A 44-year-old resident was inside the home and sustained non-life threatening injuries after being struck by the vehicle. Two people that witnessed the crash detained Billig until officers arrived. Billig is being held in the Stearns County Jail on charges of 2nd degree DWI, criminal vehicular operation, driving after revocation, possession of a small amount of marijuana and hit and run.
