CentraCare Adds Video Appointments for Mental Health Support

The day to day life for many of us has changed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but with the help of CentraCare, you can receive the treatment you need from the comfort of your own home.

CentraCare will begin to offer video appointments with mental health providers where therapists can help with stress, coping and mental health concerns.  You can either be an established or new patient to CentraCare to join and appointments are available to children and adults.

Dr. Ryan Engdahl, who is Operations Director of CentraCare Behavioral, says as we approach adapting to change and uncertainty, it is normal for people to feel fear, stress and anxiety in ways they may not have before. It’s also possible that pre-existing stressors are exacerbated. The stay-at-home distancing guidelines will result in people being more socially isolated than they typically would be.

You can schedule a video visit by calling 320-255-6677 or visiting CentraCare’s website for more information.
