Thanks to early success, a depression improvement program is expanding across medical clinics in central Minnesota. The “Depression Improvement Across Minnesota, Offering a New Direction,” or “DIAMOND” program, has been offered solely at CentraCare Clinic in Melrose. But beginning Monday, the program is expanding to other CentraCare Clinic sites. With the DIAMOND program, the patient’s primary physician, care manager and consulting psychiatrist work together to help patients with depression.
