Instead of a regular meeting, the St. Cloud City Council will be holding a Study Session on Monday, and they’ve put together a full list of items to study.  At the session the mayor and city council will discuss the final design and budget for the new St. Cloud Civic Center. This is a project that is many years in the works and awaits further support from the legislature.  The group will also review the ratio of food and beverage liquor license holders must sell. Finally, the city leaders will look at ordinances for liquor licenses that are provisional— in relation to alcohol related nuisance behaviors with those license holders.
