Tours of the soon to be completed Coborn Plaza Apartments on 5th Avenue begin today and continue through February 6. Those interested can sign up for a 30 minute tour online via the St. Cloud State University website. Individuals visiting the apartments will need to sign up for a time slot 24 hours in advance and should meet at the convenience store across from the building five to ten minutes prior to the tour. The new complex is part of the 5th Avenue Live! development on the site of the old Coburn’s Grocery Store. The apartments are expected the be completed by August for the Fall 2010 semester.
