The St. Cloud Police Department, Fire Department, and a Gold Cross ambulance responded to a reported collision on the 4200 block of Division St. West on Saturday around 11:30 a.m.

After stopping in the westbound lane, 42-year-old Mark Lumley of Becker was struck from behind by 25-year-old Abdulbasit Muhammad of St. Cloud. Lumley was transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries and Muhammad was issued a citation for inattentive driving.
