Archived: CRASH Task Force Conducts DWI Enforcement Zone

The Central Minnesota Reduction of Accidents for Safe Highways, or CRASH Task Force, conducted a high-visibility, DWI saturation Saturday night. Police and Highway Patrol officers heavily patrolled Minnesota Highway 15 from Sartell to Kimball and used illuminated traffic control signs donated by Geyer Signal to warn motorists of the Enforcement Zone.

The main goal of the initiative is to reduce serious injury and fatality crashes through DWI enforcement and education, which are components of the state’s Toward Zero Death initiative.
