The Wright County Highway Department has announced that flood waters have receded enough that two roads have been closed due to high water can re-open. 

Crews are on the way to remove barricades at County State Aid Highway 14 West of Delano and CASH 20 southwest of Hanover. 

Both roads have been re-opened since 11 this morning.
