A 19-year-old St. Cloud man is behind bars and facing disturbance and possession of a controlled substance charges. Harley Abbot was arrested Tuesday night after a complaint of a disorderly man sent police to the 1900 block of 7th Street North in St. Cloud. Abbot faces possible felony charges and is being held at the Stearns County Jail.
