A dark vehicle was seen hitting a pedestrian, then fleeing the scene. Police are on the lookout for a dark colored Dodge Neon or Dodge Stratus with front passenger side damage. Witnesses say the car hit a 22-year-old man from St. Cloud as he was walking westbound on 4th Street south, early Sunday morning around at about 1:30 am. The car was traveling southbound on 9th Avenue South and continued to flee toward the area of Lake George. The victim was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital and treated for his injuries.
