A man was arrested after police found cocaine, marijuana, and other drug paraphernalia. 20-year-old Erik Dwyer of St Cloud was arrested after police conducted a search warrant in the 500 block of 1st Avenue South last Tuesday at about 9 p.m. Dwyer faces charges of 1st degree sale of a controlled substance, 2nd degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
