ST. CLOUD, Minn. — The early voting turnout for this year’s mid-term election has already exceeded the total voting turnout from the 2022 election, according to the Minnesota Secretary of State.

As of the end of business day on Thursday, October 29, almost 29,728,961 Minnesotans had voted since voting started on September 18.

For comparison, the total amount of Minnesotans that voted absentee or by mail was 673,360 in 2022.

Voters who still have a ballot at home should not send it back by mail. Instead, voters should deliver their ballot in-person at the Stearns County Service Center or St. Cloud City Hall.

Some local races for St. Cloud includes all four City Council wards, MN House 14A and 14B and Senate District 14.
